Returns

 

Goods From Oporto advises you to check the items received before removing attached tags and before disposing the original packaging.

Items must be returned undamaged, unused and unworn with all original tags and package.

We suggest that you send returns via insured mail. We hope all packages get back to us without trouble but please note that we do not take any responsability if uninsured packages never reach us.

As soon as we receive your item we will process the exchange for the item requested within 7 working days.

Please note that you have 14 days to notify us that you want a return/exchange and then you have another 14 days to send it back to us. After that period we will not accept returns and a Credit Note will be provided.

  

Any charges will be applied to products as soon as they enter their destination country. These charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we cannot provide our customers with any indication of these charges. They vary from country to country and depend on declared value of the product.

 

It´s possible to exchange items, in that case, the shipping costs are supported by the custumer. 

  

Refunds

 

As soon as we receive your returned item you will be refunded by your original payment method.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless they are defective.

Please note that payments can take up to 14 working days to process. 

For refounds via Bank transfer, all fees will be applied.

  

Special Offers

 

Due to the nature of the discount no returns will be accepted but you can still exchange items whithin 14 days.

  

Sales season

 

During sale season no refunds will be given. You can still exchange items within 14 days.
